The artwork presents a layered composition with the serpentine creature emerging prominently from the loch waters in the foreground, its scaled body creating dynamic curves. The historic castle sits on the mid-ground island, while flowing abstract bands of colour create atmospheric depth in the sky alongside a flock of birds.
